Because my daughter was interested in the history of Paris and also cheese, we were excited to find Emily. She really gave us an education about Paris, cheese, and pastry, and helped us to make the most of the short time that we had in Paris. She found us shops and restaurants that were amazing, and that we never would have found on our own. We had a great time on the tour and appreciated Emily's knowledge and good humor. Highly recommended!
This was so much fun - entertaining and informative all at once! My family did a recent cheese tour/wine pairing with Emily. She is a tour de force - smart, funny, engaging, and passionate. We learned a lot and laughed a lot. A whole new appreciation for cheese! I would highly recommend booking this, or any, experience with Emily.
Six of us recently took Emily's cheese tour (with wine pairing) and it was extremely well done. Informative and delicious! Lots of background, overview of the 5 types and processes involved in each, along with helpful hints on pairings, cheese culture, and more! Emily is very engaging and passionate about her craft. We would all recommend her, just sad that we didn't sign up for her other tours!
